Key Responsibilities Oversee daily financial operations , ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification required. 5-7+ years of experience in financial management or operations within a corporate setting. Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. Analytical expertise with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools. Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
