Design eye-catching graphics for brochures, flyers, and online advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite. Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and tracking engagement metrics. Assist with video editing and production for promotional videos and property showcases. Manage the CRM system to support efficient lead generation and client follow-up processes. Collaborate closely with the real estate team to align marketing projects with business goals. Monitor marketing campaign performance and report on success metrics to optimize future strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proficiency in social media management and content creation. Experience with graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM tools. Strong organizational and project management skills.
