Position: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia

Join a leading company specialized in the purchase, import, and commercialization of heavy machinery. We are seeking a professional with a background in Marketing, Advertising, or Audiovisual Communication to lead strategic communication and brand management initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Audiovisual Communication.
• Specialist in strategic communication, organizational communication, or brand management.
• English proficiency at minimum B1 level.
• Technical skills in digital marketing, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, HTML, and CSS.
• Up-to-date knowledge of brand communication trends.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the Annual Strategic Communications and Marketing Plan, monitoring its effectiveness through key performance indicators.
• Develop and execute brand management strategies to enhance corporate image and market positioning in current and potential territories.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to design and launch market-focused campaigns that drive commercial results and brand awareness.
• Plan, execute, and monitor SEO and SEM strategies.
• Develop and oversee customer experience strategies to ensure full client satisfaction across processes.
• Prepare monthly reports on digital advertising and KPIs.
• Coordinate and actively participate in corporate campaigns, industry events, and trade fairs.

Salary:

5,250,000 COP to 5,500,000 COP per month

Employment Type:

Full-time, on-site position in Medellín. Remote work is not eligible.
