Key Responsibilities Perform various massage types including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massages tailored to client needs. Assess clients and develop personalized treatment plans to promote relaxation, pain relief, and stress reduction. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and comply with health and safety standards. Communicate effectively to understand client concerns and preferences. Document client sessions and progress accurately for follow-up treatments. Stay updated on industry trends and new massage modalities. Collaborate with therapists and health professionals to enhance wellness services. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in massage therapy from an accredited institution is required. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in various massage techniques. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Our collaborative team environment encourages professional growth and wellness passion.
