Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive educational programs and curricula tailored for medical professionals. Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance clinical knowledge. Assess educational needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. Collaborate with medical faculty and practitioners to continuously improve course content and delivery methods. Provide ongoing guidance and support to learners throughout their educational journey. Stay current with the latest advancements in medical education and clinical practices. Maintain thorough documentation and records of educational activities and outcomes for auditing purposes. Required and Preferred Qualifications MD, MBBS, or MBChB degree from an accredited medical school. Strong clinical skills with a focus on medical education. At least 3 years of experience in clinical or educational roles. Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
