Manage patient scheduling and send appointment reminders to improve attendance. Provide administrative support including patient file management, insurance claims, and medical records handling. Assist with billing and payment collection, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with medical staff to maintain efficient patient flow and address immediate concerns. Maintain a clean and organized reception area and manage office supplies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required. Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills. Experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus. Proficient in office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Basic knowledge of health insurance processes and billing is advantageous.
