Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to meet client requirements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features on schedule. Optimize application performance by implementing best practices for speed and scalability, aiming for load times under 2 seconds and 99.9% uptime. Implement and maintain robust RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, ensuring applications run smoothly and securely in production environments. Stay updated with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and product quality. Engage in system administration tasks including software installation and environment configuration to support development workflows. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience in full-stack web development using the MERN stack. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features and asynchronous programming. Experience with system administration and software installation in Linux or Windows environments. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of IT security protocols and best practices. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
