Key Responsibilities Develop scalable and maintainable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to meet client requirements and business goals. Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React.js that enhance user experience and accessibility. Create and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js to ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end services. Design and manage efficient MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization. Integrate front-end components with back-end logic to deliver cohesive and robust applications. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards. Debug , test, and optimize application performance to ensure reliability and scalability under high traffic. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow developers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software on schedule. What We're Looking For Required: Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js in production environments. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with a solid understanding of modern web development techniques. Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with JSON data formats. Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git/GitHub . Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth . Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
