Respond promptly to customer inquiries and troubleshoot meter malfunctions efficiently. Accurately document installation procedures and technical data for compliance and future reference. Provide clients with technical support and training on meter operation and safety protocols. Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during installations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: ITI certification in Electrician Trade is mandatory. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in electrical installations or related fields. Skills: Expertise in installing and troubleshooting electric meters. Certifications: Relevant electrical certifications are a plus but not required. Tools: Proficient with electrical testing tools and software for data logging and reporting.
