Key Responsibilities Perform groundworks including excavation, foundation laying, and landscaping. Execute general building tasks such as bricklaying, plastering, and carpentry. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects. Collaborate effectively with team members to plan and complete projects on schedule. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Provide daily progress updates to on-site management. Support training efforts for apprentices and new team members. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven skills in groundworks and general building. Experience operating construction tools and machinery. Preferred safety certification in construction or related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
