Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulatory changes affecting debt counselling. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve client support services. Required and Preferred Qualifications Mandatory NCR Registered Debt Counsellor certification. In-depth knowledge of South African debt counselling processes and financial regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement. Proficiency with financial software and case management tools. Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in debt counselling or related financial advisory roles.
