Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough financial assessments to analyze clients’ debt situations and create customized debt management plans. Provide clear, ongoing guidance and support to clients throughout the debt counselling process, ensuring they understand their rights and obligations. Proficiency in financial software and case management tools. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in debt counselling or related financial advisory roles preferred.
