Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough site assessments and evaluate engineering processes ensuring compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to develop and execute project plans and schedules. Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation to communicate findings and solutions effectively. Analyze engineering challenges and develop strategic solutions tailored to client requirements. Regularly inspect project sites and construction activities to monitor progress and proactively resolve issues. Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain strong professional relationships. Support training and mentoring of junior engineers and interns on best practices and fieldwork protocols. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory. Strong skills in engineering principles, communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, and technical writing. Experience with engineering design software and tools preferred. Fresh graduates or recent pass-outs are encouraged to apply. Industry-standard certifications will be an advantage. Work in a collaborative environment reporting to the Senior Project Engineer and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of ₹144,000 per year and is based on-site in Tiruvannamalai. Remote work is not available for this role.
