Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including assessments, treatments, and medication administration. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills. Support and mentor nursing assistants and support staff. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. Current Hawaii nursing license required. Strong patient care and communication skills. Clinical experience preferred. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Work collaboratively with physicians, social workers, and physical therapists to ensure holistic patient care.
