Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety standards. Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes promptly to the medical team. Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed by physicians. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records to support effective care coordination. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Respond efficiently to emergency situations within the ICU, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care. Ensure compliance with infection control and hospital safety policies at all times. What We're Looking For Required: BSc Nursing or GNM qualification from a recognized institution. 6 months to 1 year of experience working in an ICU setting. Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, patient monitoring, and emergency response. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
