Job description
Kroscut Sh is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, South Africa. This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute to the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure essential materials are always available. Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members. Organize both physical and digital files and documents efficiently. Handle incoming communications including phone calls and emails, directing them appropriately. Support implementation of office policies and procedures. Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office applications as required. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent qualification. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in data entry and administrative tasks is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. 1-2 years prior office administration experience preferred.
