Part-Time Online Assistant / Customer Service Representative in Austin, TX

Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other online platforms to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Assist customers with navigating services, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate product information. Document all customer interactions and escalations in our CRM system to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and share insights on common problems and solutions. Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and develop strategies to improve customer support. Conduct follow-ups with customers to confirm resolution of their queries and collect feedback for service enhancement. Stay current with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful assistance. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment. Prior customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a part-time schedule.
