Part-Time Online Customer Service Assistant - Remote US

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly via email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Effectively resolve complaints and issues to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and internal processes.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the company database.
• Provide detailed product information and purchasing guidance to customers.
• Monitor and report online customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in team meetings to review performance and develop strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• No minimum years of experience required.

Technical Environment: Work with common customer interaction and data management tools. Collaborate closely with customer service representatives, supervisors, and other departments as needed.

Reporting Structure: Report directly to the Customer Service Manager with potential cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams to align customer feedback with business goals.

Compensation: $180 per hour.
