As a key member of our packing team, you will ensure products are accurately packed and prepared for distribution. Key Responsibilities Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment according to company standards. Inspect and verify products for quality and accuracy before packing. Ensure packaging materials are available and in good condition. Operate packing machinery and equipment when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area. Assist with inventory management by reporting discrepancies and participating in stock counts. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in packing or similar roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 25 kg as needed. Familiarity with packaging machinery and tools is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to comply with safety standards and regulations.
