Key Responsibilities Efficiently pack products following quality standards and specifications. Organize and maintain inventory for easy access and tracking. Adhere strictly to safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace. Use packing materials wisely to reduce waste while protecting products. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets. Conduct quality checks on packed items to ensure compliance with company standards. Report any packing discrepancies or issues promptly to supervisors. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in packing or related roles. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Knowledge of packing materials and safety standards. Relevant certifications in packing or logistics are advantageous. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Supervisor and collaborate closely with other packers and warehouse staff.
