Parent Community Manager (Freelance, Remote) – Mexico City

Vyagale’s Academy is seeking a freelance, remote Parent Community Manager to foster a supportive, engaging community for parents. Based in Mexico City, this role is ideal for a communications professional who enjoys connecting people and creating inclusive spaces where parents feel valued and empowered. You will help shape programs and initiatives around the needs of the parent community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies that engage parents.
• Manage and moderate online forums and social media channels, encouraging discussion and sharing useful resources.
• Plan virtual events and webinars about relevant parenting topics and encourage participation.
• Connect parents with the company by gathering feedback and insights to inform community initiatives.
• Track parenting and community engagement trends to keep content relevant.
• Create informative, supportive content that resonates with parents and invites interaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve community programs and support structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, supportive tone.
• Experience in community management or social media engagement.
• Familiarity with digital community engagement and content management tools.
• Proficiency with online communication platforms and social media channels.
• At least two years of relevant experience is preferred.
