Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential records in compliance with regulations. Provide administrative support to staff to streamline office procedures and boost productivity. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and assist with service requests, ensuring excellent customer service. Organize and maintain filing systems for easy document accessibility and proper categorization. Coordinate scheduling, including appointments and meetings for various stakeholders. Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives to foster a cohesive work environment. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are advantageous. 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-focused setting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
