Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously with excellent time management. Document customer feedback and interactions to support continuous service improvements. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve service quality. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Customer service experience preferred but not required. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Flexible availability to accommodate varying workloads.
