Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs in Mandarin and Spanish. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance learning outcomes. Create a fun, interactive classroom environment that encourages active student participation. Develop instructional materials that stimulate interest and deepen understanding of languages. Collaborate with fellow educators to foster an integrated and cohesive learning experience. Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and any concerns. Participate in professional development and training to continuously improve teaching skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field. Experience teaching Mandarin and/or Spanish language courses preferred. Strong skills in patience, creativity, lesson planning, and communication. Familiarity with language instruction software and educational tools. 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred.
