Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and goals. Post job openings on job boards and social media to attract qualified candidates. Review resumes and perform preliminary screenings to ensure optimal candidate-job matches. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the interview process. Collaborate with recruitment team members to enhance processes and candidate experience. Manage candidate progress using applicant tracking systems with timely follow-ups and communication. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; further education preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in recruiting or customer service is a plus. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Positive attitude with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced setting. 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience preferred.
