Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and organizational goals. Post job openings on job boards and social media to attract qualified candidates. Review resumes and perform preliminary screenings to ensure the best match for each role. Provide candidates with feedback and coaching throughout the interview process. Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize processes and enhance candidate experience. Track candidate progress using applicant tracking systems and ensure timely communication. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous recruiting or customer service experience is a plus. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Positive attitude and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment. 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience preferred.
