Key Responsibilities Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely ordering of marine parts and accessories. Manage inventory systems meticulously to track parts availability and maintain optimal stock levels, reducing downtime and improving service efficiency. Communicate promptly with team members when parts arrive to facilitate smooth workflow and customer service. Assist in overall service department operations, supporting warranty and service managers with parts-related inquiries. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers during checkouts, answering phones, and addressing parts-related questions. Maintain organized records of parts orders, deliveries, and inventory adjustments to ensure accuracy and accountability. Collaborate with team members to identify inventory needs and recommend improvements to parts ordering processes. Support the service department in meeting operational goals and enhancing customer satisfaction metrics. What We're Looking For Required: Experience in retail, inventory management, or a related field, preferably within the marine or automotive industry. Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. High energy, excellent work ethic, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Organizational skills with attention to detail and responsibility for accurate inventory tracking. Ability to work on-site in Boston during dealership hours: Tuesday through Saturday. Team player mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. Preferred: Basic mechanical knowledge related to marine or automotive parts to facilitate communication with service and warranty managers. Previous experience working in a marine dealership or similar environment. Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
