Boat Town is expanding its service department and seeking a dedicated Parts Specialist to manage inventory, order and track parts, and support our service team. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with service and sales teams to ensure timely ordering of correct parts Communicate promptly when parts arrive to relevant team members Maintain accurate inventory records and track parts within inventory systems Provide operational support to the service department Assist customers with checkouts and phone inquiries Candidate Requirements: Experience in retail, inventory management, or similar roles preferred Basic mechanical and parts knowledge in automotive or marine industries highly desirable High energy, strong work ethic, and excellent multitasking abilities Organized, responsible, and effective communicator Team player with strong customer service skills Available to work Tuesday through Saturday at our Boston location Compensation is flexible and based on experience.
