Beronika Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Patient Caretaker / Home Attendant to join our Bangalore team. This full-time position is essential for providing personalized care and support to patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Key Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support. Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in meaningful conversations. Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness. Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to family members or healthcare professionals promptly. Ensure timely medication administration according to the patient’s care plan. Support recreational activities and outings to encourage social interaction and engagement. Collaborate with family and healthcare staff to maintain continuity of care and meet patient needs effectively. Qualifications Skills: Compassion, patience, mobility assistance, and basic housekeeping. Education: No formal education required; caregiving experience preferred. Experience: Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not mandatory. Certifications: Caregiving or first aid certifications preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment, reporting to the Care Coordinator and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
