Key Responsibilities Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Analyze marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and other tools to extract actionable insights. Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize ROI on digital advertising spend. Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to increase conversion rates. Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging marketing materials. Monitor and report performance metrics regularly, recommending improvements to stakeholders. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field. Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or similar roles. Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability. Google Ads and Analytics certifications highly preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and work closely with content creators, designers, and sales teams to ensure alignment and success.
