Key Responsibilities Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently at the checkout. Handle cash and digital payments, maintaining precise transaction records. Deliver excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving billing issues promptly. Keep the checkout area clean and organized to improve the shopping experience. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction. Assist with inventory management by tracking merchandise flow and stock levels. Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on new products and improve skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong customer service skills. Basic numerical ability and experience with cash handling. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail team environment.
