Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting and purchasing electrical products, ensuring a positive and informed shopping experience. Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising to highlight key products and promotions. Perform basic wiring tasks and product assembly to address customer inquiries effectively. Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance. Manage inventory by restocking and organizing merchandise efficiently. Provide detailed product information and troubleshooting support to build customer trust and expertise. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience or knowledge of electrical products and basic wiring techniques is preferred. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow within the role. As a Shop Assistant reporting to the Store Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on maximizing customer engagement and store efficiency.
