Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving installation issues promptly. Document all installation and maintenance activities following company protocols and reporting requirements. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on smart metering technologies and system improvements. Contribute insights and feedback during team meetings to improve operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: 10th pass. Proven skills in electrical systems, installation procedures, and maintenance practices. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Industry certifications related to electrical engineering or smart metering are preferred. Familiarity with relevant software and installation tools is a plus. 1-2 years of related experience preferred. Compensation: ₹22,500 per month.
