You will be instrumental in ensuring safe and effective medication use in a fast-paced pharmacy setting, contributing directly to patient health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients. Maintain and manage patient medication records ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Conduct medication therapy management including drug utilization reviews and patient consultations. Monitor and control pharmacy inventory to meet operational needs efficiently. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapies and outcomes. Educate patients on safe medication use, potential side effects, and adherence. Resolve medication-related issues through effective communication and problem-solving. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy is mandatory. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, laws, and regulations. Proven experience in medication dispensing and management. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
