Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from inventory according to order specifications and verify accuracy.
• Stack products in designated areas while following organization and safety standards.
• Track and report stock levels to support inventory management.
• Work with colleagues to improve picking speed and order accuracy.
• Attend daily warehouse meetings to review performance and share best practices.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow company procedures for inventory handling and equipment operation.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• At least a 10th-grade education.
• Picking and stacking skills, preferably in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
