This full-time role is essential in ensuring products are accurately picked, carefully packed, and ready for timely distribution. Key Responsibilities Efficiently pick items from shelves according to daily orders with high accuracy. Carefully pack products to ensure safe transportation and minimize damage. Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to streamline operations. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity. Update inventory and order status in the tracking system as required. Assist in restocking shelves and returning misplaced items to their correct locations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Previous warehouse or similar environment experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for inventory management tools. Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving goods safely. Good communication skills for effective teamwork. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will work closely with fellow Pickers and Packers and the Inventory Management team to maintain proper stock levels.
