Key Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning duties including floor care, equipment dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces to uphold hygiene standards. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify cleaning needs and promptly report maintenance issues to supervisors. Maintain and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper functioning. Assist with waste management by segregating and disposing of waste according to environmental regulations. Support special cleaning projects and scheduled maintenance shutdowns as required. Strictly follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines during all cleaning activities. Keep detailed records of cleaning tasks and inventory of supplies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety. Previous experience in industrial or plant cleaning roles is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus. Physically capable of performing manual tasks including lifting and moving equipment.
