Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products align with business goals and customer expectations. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and customer pain points that inform product decisions. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative, user-centric products on schedule. Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market dynamics. Analyze product performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement and optimize user satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in product management with a solid understanding of product development processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar software. Preferred: Experience working within agile development methodologies.
