Snapx.ai is seeking an experienced Product Manager based in Nashville, Tennessee . This senior individual contributor role is responsible for driving product value and viability within our product lines by leading empowered, cross-functional teams to solve moderately complex customer challenges aligned with high-value business goals. The Product Manager owns the product lifecycle from vision through execution, collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver valuable, viable, usable, and feasible solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional product teams to deliver enterprise and AI application solutions. Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Ensure product success by balancing customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility. Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, engineering, sales, and support. Drive product performance metrics and P&L accountability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of proven experience in lean product management or related roles. 3+ years of enterprise-scale product management experience across multiple business domains. Experience managing Enterprise Applications and AI-driven products. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree preferred. Demonstrated expertise in modern lean product management practices and tools. Proven leadership in delivering the right product at the right time with measurable business impact. Strong communication skills to engage teams, stakeholders, and customers effectively. Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and inclusion. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving real-world problems. Compensation: $73 per hour (Contractual Position) Location: On-site in Nashville, Tennessee (Remote work not eligible)
