Production Manager - Construction Job in Tarzana, CA

Position: Production Manager needed for a reputable construction company in Tarzana, CA. Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Key Requirements: Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills. Experience in home improvement or related construction fields preferred. Spanish language skills are a plus. Detail-oriented and very organized. Proficient with computers and software tools. Strong communication skills. Experience with QuickBooks, CRM systems, and Google Spreadsheets. Ability to pull online permits and schedule/manage inspections. Handle customer financing processes. Reliable and dependable work ethic. Primary Duties: Communicate effectively with sales representatives, inspectors, subcontractors, and customers. Collect payments and manage bookkeeping tasks. Oversee office management duties. Manage and supervise projects ensuring subcontractors complete work on schedule. Compensation: $4,000 - $6,000 per month, based on experience.
