Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accurate information and assistance. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to enhance service quality. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and account management tasks. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous customer service experience preferred.
