Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes daily to ensure compliance with company standards and product specifications, maintaining a defect rate below industry average.
• Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing machinery, optimizing performance to reduce downtime and increase throughput.
• Conduct thorough quality control inspections on finished products, promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies to uphold quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to meet or exceed daily production targets, contributing to continuous operational improvements.
• Document production data accurately and report findings to senior management, supporting data-driven decision-making and process enhancements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by strictly adhering to health and safety protocols, reducing workplace incidents.
