Create, curate, and manage published content across various social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives. Monitor social media channels for trending topics, customer feedback, and engagement metrics, adjusting strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including graphic design and content creation, to produce high-quality assets. Analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports on growth, audience engagement, and campaign success to stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools, applying findings to improve overall strategy. Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to boost reach and credibility across platforms. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field. Proven experience in social media strategy development and execution (3+ years preferred). Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics). Certification in Digital Marketing or related disciplines is a plus.
