Project Engineer in Denver, CO – Full-Time

Project Engineer – Denver, Colorado Join Company as a Project Engineer supporting our project management team with essential tasks to ensure project success. Key responsibilities include: Managing jobsite documentation such as RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, and submittals Overseeing jobsite logistics including office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork Coordinating timely deliveries of equipment and materials Assembling detailed estimates and budgets Managing subcontractors and vendors effectively Attending project meetings to track progress and resolve issues Writing and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts Updating project schedules to reflect current status Crafting productivity tracking reports Required Skills Clear and effective communication abilities Proficiency in learning and applying technical concepts Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure and deadlines Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment Diplomacy and tact when collaborating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Basic understanding of HVAC systems Ability to read and comprehend project specifications and technical drawings Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Location: Denver, Colorado, United States Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000 per year
