Project Manager - Glazing & Curtain Wall | Florida City, FL

Role Overview The Project Manager at Bluebix Solutions will lead all phases of glazing projects, from preconstruction planning through installation and close-out. This role ensures projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals by coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders including architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning: Define scope, schedule, budget, risk mitigation, and resource allocation. Coordinate with estimating and engineering: Confirm project requirements, shop drawings, submittals, and fabrication timelines. Client interface: Manage RFIs, change orders, status reports, and maintain client satisfaction. On-site project monitoring: Conduct site visits, review installation quality, and ensure compliance with contract and manufacturer specifications. Manage subcontractors and trades: Issue work orders, monitor productivity and safety, and align work with schedule milestones and quality standards. Cost control: Track budgets, review cost variances, approve invoices, and implement corrective actions. Technical issue resolution: Address glazing, curtain wall, storefront, and impact system challenges. Project close-out: Coordinate commissioning, punch list completion, documentation, as-built drawings, certifications, and warranty handover. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, glazing, curtain wall, storefront, or façade systems. Strong knowledge of architectural glazing, curtain wall systems, window wall systems, and storefronts.
