Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables clearly Develop detailed project plans and schedules to guide execution Manage team members and assign responsibilities efficiently Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues proactively Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly Ensure all quality standards and compliance requirements are met Required Skills: Strong leadership and excellent communication skills Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Trello Effective risk management and problem-solving abilities Budget management and resource allocation expertise Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred Minimum 3 years of proven project management experience This is a full-time, on-site position based in Waxhaw, North Carolina.
