Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and reports Manage resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams Track project progress and resolve issues or risks promptly Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams Ensure quality standards and compliance with company processes Conduct project reviews and provide regular status updates Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Trello Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification Experience with software development or IT projects Strong client-handling experience Location: Waxhaw, North Carolina, United States Salary: $5,000 per month Job Type: Full-time (On-site, not remote eligible)
