Company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Officer for Field Projects and Donor Reporting to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This full-time role is essential to ensure field projects are executed in alignment with organizational goals while providing accurate and timely reports to our donors. Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to monitor project implementation and collect data on progress and challenges. Compile, analyze, and prepare comprehensive donor reports based on field data. Collaborate closely with project teams to align reporting with project objectives and donor requirements. Maintain detailed records of project activities, status updates, and documentation for donor compliance. Facilitate effective communication between field teams and management to address project needs and opportunities. Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. Support training sessions for field staff on data collection and reporting methodologies. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required. Strong reporting skills emphasizing accuracy and clarity. Experience in fieldwork within a project-based environment is preferred. Familiarity with reporting software, data analysis tools, and project management software. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
