Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3 years proven experience in search technologies and user experience optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Google Analytics, search analytics platforms, and A/B testing tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
