Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily purchasing operations, ensuring timely acquisition of materials and supplies. Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct thorough market research and supplier evaluations to identify high-quality vendors. Negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and contract terms. Collaborate with production, quality control, and finance teams to meet organizational requirements. Train and mentor junior purchasing staff, fostering excellence and continuous improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. Minimum 5 years in purchasing or supply chain management with a strong success record.
