Key Responsibilities Oversee daily purchasing operations to ensure timely acquisition of materials and supplies, maintaining a seamless supply chain. Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives to optimize cost and quality. Conduct comprehensive market research and supplier evaluations to identify and onboard high-quality vendors. Lead negotiations with suppliers, securing favorable pricing and contract terms that enhance profitability. Collaborate closely with production, quality control, and finance teams to meet organizational requirements and deadlines. Monitor supply chain performance using key metrics, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency. Train and mentor junior purchasing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For Required: Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in purchasing or supply chain management with proven success. Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems. Preferred: Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). Experience leading teams and managing complex supplier relationships. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and cost savings.
