Key Responsibilities Conduct meticulous inspections using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, dial gauges, and vernier calipers to ensure product quality. Perform CNC and VMC inspections to verify product specifications and identify deviations. Collaborate closely with the production team to identify and implement process improvements and quality enhancements. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics. Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures to optimize production processes. Work with engineering and production departments to resolve quality-related issues promptly. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product reliability and operational efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production Technology. Proficient in using measurement tools including micrometers, dial gauges, and vernier calipers. Experience with CNC and VMC inspection processes. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
