Identify, document, and track bugs, issues, and discrepancies clearly and promptly to facilitate quick resolution. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand system architecture and product features, ensuring alignment on quality standards. Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain continuous delivery and improvement. Conduct regression testing after updates to verify that existing functionalities remain stable and unaffected. Generate and maintain detailed testing documentation, including test cases, defect reports, and quality metrics to support transparency and process improvements. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on automation testing. Proficient understanding of QA methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and agile frameworks. Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. Experience using testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or QTP. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent in software testing.
