Analyze data to identify trends and recommend quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in project teams focused on enhancing product quality and operational efficiency. Support training efforts for new employees on quality assurance practices and inspection techniques. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; further education in quality assurance or related fields is an advantage. Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail. Preferred experience in quality assurance or inspection techniques. Familiarity with data analysis tools and quality management standards. 1-3 years of relevant manufacturing or inspection experience. Industry certifications in quality control (e.g., ISO) are a plus.
