What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in quality assurance or related fields is advantageous. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail to identify and resolve quality issues effectively. 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles within manufacturing or similar environments. Familiarity with quality management standards such as ISO and proficiency in data analysis tools. Preferred: Industry-recognized certifications in quality control (e.g., ISO certification) are a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team settings.
